1. There is no guarantee that the SCAA can provide any volunteer with the volunteer slots needed to earn the minimum points required. There are a limited number of volunteer slots and these slots are filled on a first come basis until all slots are filled.

2. For Station Instructor positions, the SCAA Instructor Development Program must be completed and certificate received prior to Expo

3. In order to receive credit for the slots worked, volunteers are required to check-in at the Volunteer Check-in Booth in Boston

4. For the 2013 SCAA Exposition, volunteers will earn a set number of points for each volunteer slot worked. When signing up for a volunteer slot you are committing to work the entire time period indicated for the slot. Volunteer points for a time slot cannot be divided between two or more volunteers.

5. Volunteer at Expo and earn points that can be used as a credit towards your Expo Lectures + 3-Day Trade Show Badge fee.

SCAA Member Attendees: If you register before the Early Bird date of March 14, 2013, a minimum of 6 volunteer points will be required to earn an Expo Lectures + 3-Day Trade Show Badge. Beginning March 15, 2013 a minimum of 9 volunteer points will be required to earn an Expo Lectures + 3-Day Trade Show Badge.

Non-SCAA Member Attendees: If you register before the Early Bird date of March 14, 2013, a minimum of 10 volunteer points will be required to earn an Expo Lectures + 3-Day Trade Show Badge. Beginning March 15, 2012 a minimum of 12 volunteer points will be required to earn an Expo Lectures + 3-Day Trade Show Badge.

Exhibitors: If you register before the Early Bird date of March 14, 2013, a minimum of 6 volunteer points will be required to earn an Expo Lectures + 3-Day Trade Show Badge. Beginning March 15, 2013 a minimum of 9 volunteer points will be required to earn an Expo Lectures + 3-Day Trade Show Badge.

6. Credits may be applied towards a Badge. Credits may NOT be applied to Skill Building Workshops or Events.

7. Volunteer points (a) have no cash value, (b) are not transferrable to another person, and (c) can only be applied to one Expo Lectures + 3-Day Trade Show Badge at the 2013 Exposition, Boston, MA.

8. No refunds will be given if you do not purchase a 2013 Expo Lectures + 3-Day Trade Show Badge.

9. If you do not fulfill your volunteer commitment and earn the needed points for the credit, your credit card will be charged for the full Expo Lectures + 3-Day Trade Show Badge.
