Our policy is that we do not issue refunds after the Event has begun (April 11th, 2013) however we do consider requests on a case by case basis for unusual and unavoidable circumstances (to be determined at the sole discretion of the SCAA).

- Exposition Lectures are available on the specific day(s) the badge is purchased
- Qualified to register for a fee for ticketed events and Skill Building Workshops on the days associated with the badge purchased
